1. Digital Product Delivery in India only:
We offer digital products, specifically software activation key(s), within India only.
2. Delivery Method:
Your purchased digital product, the software activation key(s), will be delivered to your email address using our email delivery method.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
After placing an order for software activation key(s), the software activation key(s) will be delivered instantly to your email via our email delivery system. Typically, this process takes 5-10 minutes from the time your order is placed. However, in rare events, delivery may be delayed due to technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive the activation key(s) within 24 hours, please contact us immediately. Our dedicated customer support team will resolve the issue within 2 days from the date of your request. The software activation key(s) will be delivered either through the same email method or, if preferred, via WhatsApp or text message, based on your choice.
4. Change of Email Address:
Please ensure that the email address provided in the billing section during checkout is accurate. This is essential for the smooth and timely delivery of your digital product, including activation keys, to your designated email. If you mistakenly provide an incorrect email address and do not receive our emails (including the activation key email), please contact us immediately. To update your email address after the order is processed, a fee of Rs. 59.00 will apply. Once the applicable fee is paid, kindly send a confirmation email with the correct email address to support@ambrinoinfotech.com, upon receiving your confirmation request, we will update your order with the new email address accordingly.
5. Delivery Charges:
We do not charge any delivery costs for sending or delivering digital products, such as software license activation key(s), via email delivery method.
6. Order Cut-off Time:
Please note that our daily order cut-off time is at 07:00 PM.
