- Digital Product Delivery in India only:
We offer digital products, specifically software activation key(s), within India only.
- Delivery Method:
Your purchased digital product, the software activation key(s), will be delivered to your email address using our email delivery method.
- Delivery Timeframe for Digital Product:
After receiving your order for software activation key(s), we will verify and process the order and deliver the activation key(s) to you via email within 4 days from the date of order is placed. However, in any events, delivery may be delayed due to technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive the activation key(s) within the maximum 4 days from the date of order is placed, then please contact us immediately via email. Our dedicated customer support team will resolve the issue within 1 working days from the date of your request and the software activation key(s) will be delivered either through email, or, if preferred, via WhatsApp or text message, based on your choice.
- Shipping & Delivery Timeframe for Physical Product:
For physical product, after receiving your order, we process and dispatch the shipment within 1 day to our courier partner and our courier partner will deliver the shipment to you within estimated 4 days. If any unexpected delay to deliver the product by our courier partner, please contact with us.
- Delivery Charges:
We do not charge any delivery costs for sending or delivering digital products, such as software license activation key(s), via email delivery method, also free shipping & delivery for physical products.
